This Privacy Policy applies to the website at gopestlocal.com (the "Service"), operated by PestLocal, LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). PestLocal is a parent company that owns and operates several regional pest control brands. Each owned brand operates its own website with its own privacy policy; this policy covers data collected only via gopestlocal.com.

Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms (our hosting provider) before being delivered to us. A honeypot field is used to filter out automated submissions.

Usage Data (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors interact with our Service. Through Google Analytics, Google may receive: approximate location derived from your IP address (with IP anonymization enabled), device and browser characteristics, the pages of our Service you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, and actions you take on the site.

We have configured Google Analytics with Google's Consent Mode v2 to deny advertising-related storage, ad personalization, and ad-user-data signals by default, while permitting analytics measurement. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising personalization or remarketing.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
